How To Measure for Your New Collar
For a buckle collar, measure aroud the thickest part of the neck. You should be able to
slip two fingers under the tape measure, it should be snug but not tight. See figure C.
For a martingale collar, we need all three measurements. Figure C-around the thickest part of the neck. Figure B around the narrowest part of the neck behind the ears and under the jaw. Figure A around the widest part of the head in front of the ears to under the jaw. For the martingale the order prices of the collars are based on: The measured size of the skull. The measurement at the widest area of the skull, between the eyes and ears (figure A in diagram)

Figure A Care for your new collar:
These collars are made from poly rope and acrylic and metal beads. They are colorfast and strong. Hand wash in a mild detergent such as Dawn and rinse well. Hang to dry. Do not use in machine washer as it may damage the beads. Do not use in dryer as heat damages the poly rope. These collars are not recommended for tying out, extreme pullers, or chewers. |
